All approval and lending decisions are made independently by financial institutions, agencies, and other third parties based on their own criteria. Results vary by business, industry, and circumstances.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate client information may extend delivery timelines.

5. Payment

Service fees are due as stated in your invoice, order, or service agreement. Government filing fees, state fees, and third-party costs are separate from our service fees unless expressly stated otherwise. Work begins after payment is received unless agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Turnaround Times

Estimated timelines are good-faith estimates only. Actual delivery depends on the services selected, client responsiveness, and the processing times of government agencies and third-party providers, which are outside our control.

7. Required Acknowledgments

Before services begin, each client confirms that:

• They understand that purchasing business services does not guarantee financing, credit approval, revenue, or business success.

8. Intellectual Property

Website content, templates, and materials created by BizzPro Help LLC remain our property until full payment is received, at which point deliverables prepared specifically for the client are licensed to the client for their business use. Our brand, site content, and proprietary processes remain our property.

9. Third-Party Services

Some services rely on third-party platforms and government agencies. We are not responsible for their decisions, processing times, outages, fees, or policy changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizzPro Help LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

We may decline or discontinue service where a client provides false information, requests unlawful assistance, or engages in abusive conduct. Fees for work already performed remain payable.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which BizzPro Help LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms
