Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

BizzPro Help LLC provides customized professional services. Because work begins promptly after purchase and involves staff time, preparation, and third-party filings, this policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.

2. Cancellations Before Work Begins

If you cancel in writing before any work has started and before any third-party or government fees have been submitted, you may request a refund of service fees paid, less any payment processing fees.

3. Cancellations After Work Begins

Once work has begun, fees are earned in proportion to the work completed. Any refund, if applicable, is limited to the portion of services not yet performed. Completed deliverables, such as a filed formation, prepared business plan, delivered website, or completed branding assets, are non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Government and state filing fees.
• Third-party fees, including registered agent, domain, and hosting costs.
• Completed consultations and delivered digital products.
• Payment processing fees.

5. Client Delays and Inactivity

Refunds are not issued where a delay results from a client failing to provide required information, documentation, or approvals. Projects inactive for 60 days or more may be closed, and fees paid remain earned for work performed.

6. No Refunds Based on Outcomes

Refunds are not provided based on financing, loan, or credit decisions, revenue results, business performance, or any other outcome determined by third parties. BizzPro Help LLC does not guarantee any financial or business result.

7. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included where stated in your service description. Additional revisions or scope changes may be quoted separately.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the matter directly. Chargebacks filed for services already delivered may be disputed with supporting documentation.

9. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

Submit written requests to info@bizzprohelp.com including your name, business name, and the services purchased. We review requests promptly and respond in writing.
